"GBCB Podcast"     For those of you who may not be familiar with a podcast it can be intimidating, but it is very simple. Having a mp3 player is not necessary, your computer is all you will need. You will need to have a podcasting program on your computer. If you do not have a program that will do this you can go online and download a program for free. The I-tunes software is one of those programs available for free.  It is probably the most popular program for this application because it is so easy to use. Once you have your program installed you will subscribe to specific podcasts through the URL provided. To subscribe to the "GBCB Podcast", simply get the URL and then enter that URL into the "Subscribe to Podcasts" area of your podcasting program.  To get the URL, click the subscribe button (above, left).  You'll find the URL at the top of the page.  Copy that URL into the "Subscribe to Podcasts" area of your podcasting program.
